Welcome to AzurifyX (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old—or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction—to use our services. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Use of Services
You agree not to misuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws in Sri Lanka, Sweden, or the European Union
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Using our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Uploading malware or any malicious code
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if any misuse is detected.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
All services, including web development, branding, and automation tools, are provided on a prepaid basis unless otherwise agreed.
- For clients in Sri Lanka: Payments are processed in LKR; local tax regulations may apply.
- For clients in Sweden and the EU: Payments are processed in EUR or SEK; VAT applies in accordance with EU tax rules.
Refunds are only considered for incomplete or unfulfilled services as outlined in individual service agreements.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding elements, designs, code, and intellectual assets provided by AzurifyX are protected under copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any material without written permission.
Clients retain ownership of content they provide. Custom work provided by AzurifyX remains the intellectual property of AzurifyX until full payment is completed.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
We prioritize data security and comply with the following:
- GDPR for clients based in Sweden and the EU
- Sri Lanka’s Data Protection Act (No. 9 of 2022) for local users

6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver quality and reliable services. However, we are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays due to third-party systems (e.g., hosting providers, plugin developers)
- Loss of data due to user-side mismanagement
Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid for services in the last 6 months.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access if:
- You breach these terms
- We detect harmful activity or misuse of services
- We discontinue any part of our offerings (you will be notified in advance)
In case of termination, you will retain access to completed work that has been paid for in full.
8. Governing Law
- For users in Sri Lanka, these Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
- For users in Sweden and the EU, these Terms are governed by Swedish law and EU regulations.
Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in the user’s country.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
